1.3 Responsibility for Rental Fulfillment

The Company expressly disclaims any and all responsibility, warranty, or liability for the actions, omissions, negligence, representations, or failures of the Third-Party Rental Providers, including but not limited to:

  • The availability, condition, safety, cleanliness, or mechanical fitness of the reserved vehicle.
  • The execution and fulfillment of the rental contract upon arrival.
  • Any claims, losses, personal injury, death, property damage, accident, delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, or other harm or expense arising from the use of the vehicle or services provided by the Rental Provider.

The User acknowledges and agrees that their sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction or claim related to the rental vehicle or service delivery rests against the specific Third-Party Rental Provider, not the Company.

2. INFORMATION AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER

2.1. "As Is" Basis

The Company may engage in various marketing activities, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities across multiple digital and physical platforms. The User acknowledges and agrees to the following disclaimers pertaining to all marketing content:

Reliance on External Data: We utilize data, algorithms, and content from third-party advertising partners, search engines, and social media platforms. The Company disclaims all liability for the accuracy, timeliness, or legality of promotional content displayed on external platforms or provided by third-party sources.

Pricing Discrepancy: Any price or offer advertised in a marketing campaign is subject to immediate change and may not reflect real-time availability. The only guaranteed pricing is that confirmed on the final payment page of the Site.
